The PADI Peak Performance Buoyancy specialty is designed to help certified divers gain precise control in the water. Good buoyancy improves air consumption, reduces fatigue, protects the environment, and increases overall confidence on every dive.

In this course, you’ll focus on weighting, trim, breath control, and efficient movement through the water. Rather than rushing through skills, the emphasis is on awareness and refinement, helping you move effortlessly while maintaining control and stability.

At Space City Dive Center, Peak Performance Buoyancy training is coached and personalized. Small adjustments and real-time feedback help you understand how subtle changes affect your position and movement underwater, creating skills you’ll use on every future dive.

  • Minimum Age: 10
  • Minimum Certification Level: Open Water Diver

Equipment Requirements

  • Space City Dive Center provides all major scuba equipment, including BCD, regulator, dive computer, exposure protection, tanks, and weights.
  • Students are required to provide their own personal gear, including mask, snorkel, fins, and boots. Rental packages are available if needed.
