The Emergency First Response Refresher course is designed for individuals who already hold a current or recently expired EFR certification and want to renew their skills and confidence. This course reviews essential emergency care concepts and reinforces hands-on skills so you’re prepared to respond calmly and effectively when it matters.

EFR Refresher focuses on practical application rather than relearning everything from scratch. You’ll revisit key Primary and Secondary Care skills, practice realistic scenarios, and receive instructor feedback to ensure your techniques are current and effective.

At Space City Dive Center, EFR Refresher training is efficient, supportive, and confidence-focused. Our instructors emphasize clarity and repetition, helping you quickly get back up to speed whether you’re renewing for personal readiness, workplace requirements, or scuba training prerequisites.

EFR Refresher meets the renewal requirements for many scuba certifications, including Rescue Diver, Divemaster, and Instructor-level training, when completed within the required timeframe.
