The PADI Bubblemaker program is a playful introduction to scuba diving designed specifically for younger participants. Bubblemakers get to experience what it’s like to breathe underwater while learning basic scuba skills in a shallow, controlled setting.

This program is conducted entirely in confined water and focuses on comfort, safety, and fun. Kids learn how to use scuba equipment, communicate underwater, and move comfortably while being closely supervised by experienced dive professionals.

At Space City Dive Center, Bubblemaker is structured, instructor-led, and age-appropriate. Our goal is to create a positive first experience that builds confidence and excitement about the underwater world, without pressure or performance expectations.

Prerequisites

• Minimum Age: 8
• Comfortable in the water
• Parental or guardian consent
• Completion of required medical documentation

Equipment Requirements

• Space City Dive Center provides all scuba equipment used during the Bubblemaker experience, including BCD, regulator, exposure protection, tanks, and weights.
• Participants should wear appropriate swimwear. No personal scuba equipment is required.
